Something like from mpeg to h264 or mkv.nothing more.same crapy image quality.i suspect AI support is a lie to. I have experienced that this "wonder", creation of these scammers (with AI support), is only capable of changing the type of video(encoder). My experience was with the so-called miracle image enhancement software, Video Converter Ultimate. No stars! Scam! These individuals don't even deserve a star.

Not only is their software garbage, but so is their customer service. Screw this company and their annoying awful customer service that keeps wasting my time. Business is all about creating warm brand rapport with your customers and at this, AISEESOFT has completely failed. They are trying to put me through an intense rigamoral just to get my money back. They told me several excuses why it was not working. I asked for my refund within 24 hours of purchasing it. This problem is now escalated to Apple Support.
After several attempts after discussing with their customer service, the iPhone is now "Locked to the Apple ID". Their service has no professionalism at all and seems to not understanding anything explanation you tell them.
